How verification works
- The professional adds their legal name, credential and, if their credential has one, their NPI.
- SaltVault checks the NPI and name against the federal NPPES registry.
- They send their state license (or CNA certification) and its expiry date.
- SaltVault staff review the document. Once it's approved, the verified badge appears and they can apply.
- Expiry dates are tracked and NPIs re-checked, so the badge stays accurate.
After the work
When the work is finished, the practice and the professional each leave a review. Reviews show on profiles, so good work is rewarded and everyone can see who's reliable.
